Refund policy

Products available on this website are marketed and distributed in India under FSSAI License No. 10725022000058 held by Ravi Ventures.

Due to the consumable nature of food products, all sales are final and non-returnable.

We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

• Product received in damaged condition
• Tampered or leaking packaging
• Incorrect product delivered

To initiate a claim:

• Email contact@7balanced.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide order number
• Share clear images of outer shipping box and product packaging
• Product must remain unused and in original condition

Claims raised after 48 hours will not be eligible.

7Balanced reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
