FOS (Fructo-oligosaccharides) is a plant-derived dietary fiber. We use high-purity FOS that is >95% pure, at meaningful levels.

Why this amount matters:

• Low enough to avoid bloating in sensitive stomachs
• High enough to actually feed beneficial gut bacteria (probiotics)
• Counts as fiber on EU labels, NOT as sugar

Most brands add trace amounts just to claim "prebiotic." We add enough that you might notice improved digestion within 1-2 weeks of daily use. Individual results vary, but that's the point; real, measurable ingredients at real amounts.
